Makeup Review: LORAC Stylist Palette

I present to you the LORAC STYLIST Palette... what's interesting is that, I got this palette through a bid for a cause.. the money would be donated to the Yolanda victims.. Once I saw the post I instantly purchased the item, I know I would be happy in both ways.. having the product and at the same time helping out :D

Makeup Review: Happy Skin SS Creme

Hey There! Welcome back to my blog! :)

This is an update blog of the Happy Skin's SS (second skin) Creme. Last time, I just tried it on and then removed it after. This time, I actually used it to work. Left it on my skin for the whole 9 hours.

Price: PHP 1199

Bought from: Plains and Prints - Glorieta 1

Shade/Color: 

PROS:

• Cute Packaging, It's actually a dupe for Benefit's packaging.
• Has SPF20 PA++

CONS:

• It was too oily for my combination skin, Even if using a powder after a few hours my skin got super oily.
• Not suitable for Philippine weather (hot and humid). It was super hot that day and i just felt that the product was melting off my face.. maybe it would work for cold weather (not sure)..

• The next day, I was breaking out and I know it's the only new product I used on my skin. :((

• It's too pricy (in my opinion)

I will not re-purchase this product. The fact that I broke out the next day was bad enough, plus it costed me alot for a 30ml product that did not work that well (sigh!). I hope they will improve the formula of this product since this is being sold locally.

A friend of mine shared this planner on our FB group, sobrang natuwa lang ako and I wanted to share this also to all of you. I haven't purchased one yet, but I am planning maybe next week.. Title palang ng planner nakakatuwa na..

"Relaks Pag-ibig lang yan, Parang kagat lang ng Langgam" Planner 2014. I saw the content through picture posted by the seller, para sa mga sawi sa pag-ibig.. or para sa mga nagmo-move on.. hehe

I also saw the 2013 planner, and It was super cool as well. I just hoped I stumbled upon this sooner..

UPDATE:

I finally bought my 2014 Planner last 11/27/2013 and it just arrived today, 11/28/2013. It's super nice.. ang ganda ng cover, hard bound.. and the content is hilarious.. I still can't stop laughing everytime I open it.

Kudos to the maker of this planner!

Know Your Undertone and What Color Looks Best on You! :)

Hey there! Are you a Warm or Cool undertone? Don't know what I am talking about? Please read on...

Undertones are different from Skin tone, I read this from many blogs and also from the makeup class I recently attended.

Skin tone:

• The color you see on your skin, 
• This may change due to change of weather specially if you are not wearing your sunscreen (which is not a good idea.. always wear your sunscreen, protects you from aging fast). 

Undertone: 

• This color never change. 
• This is the color you see beneath your skin.
• This color will tell you which foundation or eyemakeup would look best on you. and also, what color of clothing or jewelry that will make your skin glow :D

I have always known that I have a Neutral-Warm undertone, but recently I am having doubts if I am choosing the right colors and wanted to be sure if what I know is correct.

Skinmate Shark Oil: Solution for Acne Problem | Great for Sensitive Skin

I just want to share with you what helped me.
As many of you may know by now, I have a super duper sensitive,acne-prone skin. I have to be really really careful on what I use on my face. But with this on-hand, I still like to try different skin care and makeup stuffs.

I recently found out that I am allergic to aspirin, I found this out the hard way.. You know the aspirin mask that is going around in youtube, that is suppose to help you get rid of pimples? yeah, that one!.. I was curious enough to try that.. and I really really hoped I didn't.. oh well..

My skin was like having it's worst nightmare.. I was breaking out in all areas of my face.. it was the saddest day... I still have the scars up to now and that was 4 months ago.

I also found out (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspirin) that, salicylic acid is the metabolite of aspirin.. which means, I can't use products that contains those stuffs, which most pimple removing product contain (hayst!).. it really sucks having this type of skin..

Now what do I do???

Travel Blog: HongKong, My First Travel...Abroad!!!

This is a super late post.... not really sure why I posted this just now... been contemplating alot on how I should do this, but oh well. here it goes..


We went to Hongkong last Sept 9, It is actually my first time travelling outside the country.. Yey! and I was super super excited! I wasn't able to sleep the night before.. and adding to that, our flight was super early (7AM) with Air Asia, which is located at Clark Airport were we have to travel for 2 hours to get there. But traveling with friends is one of the highlight of this flight.

Here is our Itinerary or the activities we did during the trip (what I remembered it to be.. :D)

Makeup Review: L'oreal Paris Le Teint Super Blendable Foundation

Hi!!!! Welcome back.. Did you have a fun Halloween party? I really really hoped so.. :D

Now for my review, I have here the new packaging of Loreal le teint true match, I know by now most of you have already tried this foundation. It's my first time using this, so I'm giving you my two cents on this foundation.
