March is Women's Month, so I have a product review that is related to women and their health. but curios enough, this is not just for women. You may think from the title that this is for women only, but no, This is for all. Yes! I was shocked myself, never thought, not even an inch of a thought, that some men also uses panty liners.. pretty interesting eh.. find out more of what I am talking about below.
Just last week, we had our International Women's Day celebration. In that event, there is one sponsor who presented a very interesting product. A sanitary napkin and panty liner that has ANION strip (green strip) in the center of the pad, He (yes, a man was demonstrating a sanitary napkin product) demonstrated how absorbent the ANION pad is compared to other leading pads. and also mentioned how it is great for health of not just women but men as well, He even uses the liner, and also reduces menstruation days and helps fight women (and men) related illness.
Being an I.T. , with a lot of hoax revolving the WWW (thankful for those who post if the product is a hoax or not), I did a little research. Hey! touching with my health would need a lot of research, this may or may not help me. Specially, when you are like me, who uses a panty liner everyday (who doesn't?).
My research led to me the information below.
What is ANION?
Negative Ions are substance known as the "Vitamins of the Air".
Negative ions are odourless, tasteless molecules that are breathed into our respiratory system. Now I'm a little convinced, but what really intrigued me is this,
They were featured in Jessica Soho Report, She is a reliable news caster with a very high reputation in broadcasting, I don't think she will report false news to people.
Hmm.. are you guys convinced? I think I am.. but I have to put it to the test for me to be really sure if it works.
The company that presented the product to us is called Switch2Save. According to them, 70-80% of the proceeds of Switch2Save gets donated to 10 foundations.

I bought 1 pack of panty liner, so I could test it out. 1 pack costs 300 pesos, I know it costs more than our regular pad, but with the added health benefit it provides, it's no longer bad.
I have just been using the liner for 3 days now, not sure if there is any effect but what I only noticed is that, I go to the bathroom more often than the previous times (which is not a bad thing really). other than that, I still feel normal.. maybe because I'm healthy (? :D)
I already had a UTI (urinary tract infection) and URTI (upper respiratory tract infection) once.. and I don't want that to happen again, and I'm hoping that with this ANION in the liners and pads, it will help me prevent that. of course, I also drink Vitamins and Minerals.
