HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Birthday is one of the most important event for me, I love birthdays specially when It's my birthday.. we get to celebrate it once a year and I love how happy it makes the celebrant even with a simple celebration. 

Birthdays also means cake, cake just makes me happy, it represents a celebration in life that I get to share with my family or with friends.

Celebrating my birthday doesn't require fancy celebration or fancy gifts. A simple dinner with family is enough for me, as long as I see them happy, I'm happy.

This day was filled with so much fun, love, laughter and stories shared with Jay, Mamang and Grace, whom I was with to celebrate my day. I call it VergeDay.

I started my day doing my plastic cutouts to save our planet earth, I have started doing the plastic brick program and I have been collecting plastics to cut and put in a plastic container. Then I went on to continue with my macrame table runner which will be used for an event.

For my birthday "salubong", Jay gave me a leche flan, which I ate it in the car, then we played PUBG all night.

For lunch, Jay bought a cake and liempo for us to eat. Cakes always makes me happy, for me it always mean that there is something to celebrate and it will be a fun day. Whenever I see cake, I see celebration and happiness, because nobody eats a cake with a sad face, and who doesn't love cake. The cake that Jay bought was a cherry cake, it's not that sweet and it has a cherry flavored filling inside. For anyone who loves cherries, you will love this cake. They sang the birthday song for me, I made a wish and blew out the candle.

We went to ortigas to fetch Grace from megamall then we went to Kapitolyo commons to eat our dinner. Grace gave me a birthday cake pops, its was a pretty purple and yellow cake pop, wrapped in a clear plastic wrapper and a golden ribbon. She also gave me the most precious gift, a frame filled with our prenup and wedding pictures with a little note at the back, which made me cry everytime I read them, It also has a led light inside which made it even more magical. 

This year, God has blessed me so much and filled my heart with so much love from my family and friends. He also allowed me to be more closer to Him through my service in media ministry and me joining a Bible study group. I have gained family through media ministry and I know that I will improve so much in life in the coming years. I hope and pray that through this ministry, I'll be more closer to Him and be able to bless more people through my service. 

I ended my night with my heart contented and filled with love from my family, whom I spent my whole day with, Family members who are afar but didn't forget to greet me and friends who were sweet enough to remember me on my birthday. I wish for happiness, love and peace for me, my family, my friends and their loved ones.
